RHT HON ATUPELE MULUZI-THE NECESSARY KEY PLAYER FOR MALAWI’S UNITY AND PROGRESS

The charismatic leader,who is well loved and respected across the political spectrum.

The man whose talks are full of love,unity and political tolerance.

The man who believes in less words but more action on the ground.

Popularly known as “ATU”

The man said “our mission is to work with all capable Malawians regardless of their political affiliations,beliefs and ideologies.If we as Malawians realize that our country needs us more.We will shelve our self interest agendas and adopt the nation’s agenda,that is to work with everyone for the solely purpose of defeating hunger,poverty and disease”.

He preached this message last year and this year,he walked it through by forming an Alliance with Democratic Progressive Party(DPP).

According to the Memorandum of Understanding,signed by both parties; UDF’s main priorities were to ask the Government to implement some of their manifesto promises such as:

-Abolishment of Quota System

-Legalization of Commercial Hemp.

-Soft Loans to the youths, women and most importantly to small medium enterprises.

Just to mention a few.

UDF has shown that,through their working political relationship with DPP,policy productivity is attainable and the most needed new beginning is being implemented.

This is the progress, Malawians have been longing for.

The dynamic leader of DPP and who is also the President of Malawi,His Excellency Prof Arthur Peter Mutharika has shown great statesmanship by wholeheartedly welcoming the co-existence of two parties and allowing UDF’S policies to be implemented under his administration.

No wonder,Mutharika is the most sought after leader worldwide;for his democratic ideology and intellectual integrity of upholding multiculturalism,political correctness and tolerance.

Muluzi,so far has gone flat out in his village by visiting all chiefs and stakeholders to inform them about the fresh start of their relationship with DPP.

On 1st March 2020.

He met Paramount Chief Kawinga, Chiefs and many Malawians as part of his listening campaign before the party embark on o rallies across the country.

Few days ago,he was at Mchesi in Lilongwe.

Where he cracked jokes with the youths,business people and spectators.

The gigantic crowd that surrounded him,it can only mean;the man indeed is a hero among the youths.

He inspires and motivates them to put Malawi first before personal responsibilities and ambitions.
