Angry residents have caught a notorious bicycle thief,who has been tormenting people in the surrounding areas of Chingale Trading Centre.

He usually steals and flee to balaka to sale.

It has been happening for months.

He is severely beaten.

Today,he has met his 40th day.

He is currently at Mangochi police station.
