The AGM comes after four years of the previous NEC expiry date.

Civo Sporting Secretary General Ronald Chiwaula said the club has now reverted and resorted back to their previous style of identifying talent in the villages unlike maintaining recycled players moving from one team to another.

Meanwhile, Coaches Association of Malawi has pegged the starting salary for TNM super league coaches because according to CAM they are the most underpaid.

Davie Mpima is the secretary general of CAM. In an interview with Current Affairs online news desk said, every job has to have a better salary. Sadly, in malawi minus salary, coaches go four-five months without getting paid.

“Some teams can not win the league because coaches are struggling for their day to day lives likewise players are supposed to be paid on time to compete on all fronts without grumbling, otherwise we will keep playing socials” said Mpima.
