DPP supporters have started converging at the party’s Southern Region head office in Blantyre ahead of demonstrations.
As we reported, they will deliver a petition at the City Council and later escort President Peter Mutharika to Sanjika Palace from Kameza roundabout.
The supporters are protesting against the ruling made by constitutional court in which it nullified the 21st May 2019 Presidential election.
Malawians are expected to elect a president within 150 days from the day of ruling.
Mutharika is coming from Lilongwe to carry out duties in the South.
