Police in Dedza have arrested woman who claimed to have resurrected a 14 year-old-boy, who died in 2016, at the age of 14 in a road accident.
The suspect, popularly known as Prophetess Aweje Tchaledi, together with her son called Prophet James Malewa who is currently at-large, made a dubious trick to kid Patricia Mulande that the two have intellectual powers to raise and locate a person who died in mysterious circumstances.
Previously, Malewa tried to assemble a full profile of Mulande who was once a primary school teacher at certain school at Mayani in Dedza.
After getting the whole life story of Mulande, Mulewa an emissary to her mother Tchaledi, went to the house of Mulande where he introduced himself as her former primary school learner.
Instantaneously, Mulewa started telling Mulande about death of her son.
He told her that her son who died in 2016 in a road accident is alive and his death was not a natural one.
Prophet Mulewa told her that he knows his whereabouts and demanded fifty two thousand kwacha of which Mulande paid.
After few days, Malewa together with his mother went back to Mulande with a 14 year-old-boy whom they claimed to be Mulande’s son, who died in road accident.
Coincidentally, the alleged resurrected boy is aged 14.
The boy who looks similar to the late son of Mulande is a brother to prophet Mulewa’s wife. He told her that someone was keeping him in a big mansion.
Before taken to Mulande’s house, the boy was instructed to be careful and avoid answering questions in details.
The boy did exactly as per instruction of his brother in law.
The news of resurrected boy went viral prompting the police to institute an investigation.
Police cautioned Mulande that, it is worthwhile to pursue a deep investigation into an alleged resurrection assertion.
Paying attention to observation of the police, the reporter (Mulande) launched a full probe on resurrected boy.
